High‑Efficiency Heat Pump Upgrades

Manufactured homes often consume more energy than site-built homes due to older heating and cooling equipment, lower insulation levels, and greater air leakage. As a result, climate control is often one of the largest annual household expenses. Even a 10-year-old heat pump can be significantly less efficient than today's high-performance systems. Energy Trust of Oregon offers substantial incentives for manufactured homes, making high-efficiency heat pumps one of the most cost-effective energy upgrades available. Many residents in mobile home parks may qualify for free duct testing, sealing, and repairs, while some households may be eligible for deeply discounted or even no-cost heat pump and insulation installation based on utility and income qualifications. Painting & Finish Work

Painting is one of the fastest ways to transform a home. We provide full interior and exterior painting, including stain‑grade finishes for trim, siding, decks, and gables. Every project begins with proper surface preparation to ensure smooth coverage, strong adhesion, and long‑lasting durability. Whether refreshing an older home or completing a remodel, our finish work delivers clean lines, rich color, and a polished final look.

Kitchen Remodels

Kitchen upgrades deliver some of the highest value in a home, transforming outdated layouts into modern, functional, and efficient spaces. We handle full remodels including custom built cabinets, countertops, flooring, lighting, plumbing fixtures, and appliance integration. Every project is built to manufactured‑home specifications, with precise fitment, clean finish work, and durable materials that improve both daily use and long‑term home value.

Bathroom Remodels

Bathroom upgrades dramatically improve comfort, function, and appearance in a home. We provide full remodels including showers, tubs, vanities, flooring, lighting, plumbing fixtures, and trim work. Even a small bathroom space can be transformed with a clean, modern finish that increase both usability and long‑term home value.

In addition to new flooring installation, we offer floor leveling services for homes that have settled over time. Using precision laser equipment, we identify low spots, uneven floors, and areas affected by structural settlement. Corrections are made from the crawlspace, where we carefully adjust and reinforce the home's framing to restore a more level floor surface.

In many stick-built homes, installing a new steel-reinforced support pad beneath the home may be necessary to provide adequate structural support during the leveling process. Floor leveling can improve comfort, reduce noticeable floor slope, help doors and cabinets operate properly, and create a more stable foundation for new flooring installations.

Safety and Comfort Enhancements

Improve both the safety and livability of your home with our accessibility and safety enhancement services. We design and install ADA-inspired access ramps, durable railings, stair and porch upgrades, mobility-friendly pathways, and other custom solutions that make everyday living easier. Additional services include entry modifications, hurricane tie-downs, deck repairs, improved exterior lighting, non-slip surfaces, and age-in-place improvements that help residents maintain independence, comfort, and confidence in their home.

Weatherization & Energy Efficiency

Weatherization upgrades make a home more comfortable, efficient, and durable by reducing air leaks, improving insulation, and controlling moisture. Older homes often lose heat through gaps, unsealed ducts, thin insulation, and poorly ventilated spaces. We provide full air‑sealing, duct‑sealing, insulation improvements, and moisture‑control solutions. These upgrades stabilize indoor temperatures, lower energy bills, and protect the home from long‑term damage caused by uncontrolled airflow and moisture.

Insulation

Insulation is one of the most effective ways to improve home comfort, reduce energy loss, and lower heating and cooling costs. Many older homes and manufactured homes have insufficient or deteriorated insulation in the attic, walls, and crawlspace, allowing valuable heated and cooled air to escape. In manufactured homes especially, crawlspace insulation is often installed with a lower R-value and can sag, detach, or deteriorate over time, reducing its effectiveness.

Energy Trust of Oregon considers insulation a high-priority energy-efficiency improvement and offers incentives for qualifying projects, including up to $2.25 per square foot for ceiling insulation, up to $2.75 per square foot for wall insulation, and up to $2.25 per square foot for floor and crawlspace insulation. Additional assistance may be available for qualifying households through enhanced incentive programs.

We also offer crawlspace vapor barrier installation, where a durable plastic membrane is installed across the soil surface to help reduce ground moisture and humidity beneath the home. By limiting moisture from evaporating into the crawlspace, vapor barriers help protect wood framing, subfloors, insulation, and other structural components from long-term moisture-related deterioration. In addition to improving crawlspace conditions, vapor barriers can help improve indoor air quality, support insulation performance, and create a healthier, more energy-efficient home.
